It is not lined. Medium weight cotton. No buttons or zippers. Hangs open in front. Looks great when paired with a belt at the waist! Each cloth was handmade in Africa and they are one of a kind. 

One size fits most including XXL and Plus sizes. It will have an oversized fit on XS through L. Shown on an XS dress form.
